(In)Action Man (2026)
This sculpture is about the fear of a horde, a gang, a mob. The fragile and monstruous male figures that band together to mask their isolation and hollowness through anger. The lone male figure watches as the mob strides forward, disconnected and inactive, as the mob experience a variety of emotions. They march on cracked and decaying foundations performative masculinity, traipsing the pathways rather than seeking something new. Our inactive man pauses to question where they're headed but does nothing to chair course.
